"At Northern Fuego & Co , this all started with my love for traditional Latin American grilling. I grew up around Asados big open-fire cookouts where food, family, and good times came together.
I wanted to bring that experience to Canadian backyards and enjoy the passion and love of cooking and enjoying a meal with your loved ones.
